Just a couple of thoughts on the gambling side of things before the CL matches kick off later today...

                                                   

LOCK OF THE DAY: Juventus -1....I know they are on the road, but they are playing Maccabi Haifa FC...nuff said!

ManU is favored by a goal and a half over CSKA Moscow...the Red Devils are still having injury issues and CSKA's Dzagoev is an up and coming star in Europe - if I was betting this game, which I'm not - I'd take Moscow to cover the 1.5.

Real Madrid travels to the San Siro to play AC Milan...welcome home Kaka!!  I expect Kaka to put on a show and Real Madrid to bounce back from a bad result a couple weeks ago at the hands of AC Milan.  I see Real Madrid is getting +155 on the moneyline - and I have bet on that pretty heavily because I expect a 3-1 win for Real.

Bayern Munchen is at home in basically a must win against Bordeaux.  Bayern is only -0.5 - and I am going to take that and cash at the bank after Bayern gets a 2-0 win over their French League opponent.

Other winners I see happening today, both Chelsea and Porto are on the road, Chelsea is -0.5 and Porto is -1...I am taking both road teams here.  Chelsea will end any hope of Atletico advancing out of the group stage and FC Porto is playing very well in CL and obviously have one of the best names in all of futbol on their roster - The Incredible Hulk...back Porto.

Now listen, if you take any of my advice, you are an absolute (fill in the blank here).  If you have listened to the show, you should know by now that I am very rarely right...but I love to gamble anyway.
